Do you accept refunds?
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept refunds. If you have and questions or concerns please e-mail us at Inf@beyondspaut.com
My recipient didn't receive their package
Send Spaaahhh is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once a package is shipped it is no longer in our control.
USPS Returned my package to you- now what?
All package that are returned to Send Spaaahhh will result in a refund to the customer. Please note that we do require a 10% restocking fee
for all returned packages. You will be notified via e-mail of your return.
